Seymour Flash Photography Contract Agreement

A. Session Fees: The retainer fee (plus sales tax) is non refundable and is required to book your portrait session.

B. Gallery Uploads: The final images will be ready 3-4 weeks after session date unless noted. We don't believe in rushing your images as we want to deliver the best quality to you. If you need a few asap that is not an issue, please let us know.

C. Session Punctuality: Please make every effort to be at your session on time. If you are running behind & cannot be to your session on time please contact me to reschedule. I am very understanding when things come up, just please be sure to contact me so I am aware.

D. Payment: All payments are due at the time of session unless payment arrangements have been made.

E. Model Release: I hereby give to Seymour Flash Photography the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that he/she has taken of myself and/or my minor child in which he/she may be included with others: a) To copyright the same in the photographer’s name or any other name that he/she may select; b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and; I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.

F. Liability: Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. Please be respectful & reschedule if you or anyone in your party is experiencing any symptoms of illness.

G. Non Discolsure Clause: I work hard to find locations that are unique to my sessions - please do not share them.

H. Communication: The Client agrees to positive cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. Seymour Flash Photography is not responsible for key individuals' failure to be present or to fully cooperate during photography sessions, neither for missed images due to lack of cooperation.

I. Props & outfits will be provided by Seymour Flash Photography & their client closet during studio sessions, however you are welcome to bring anything you want incorporated as well.

The undersigned hereby warrants that he/she is over the age of 18 and has full contractual capacity. Client(s) agree(s) to only sign if they have read and agreed to the terms of service in this contract and they believe all information is deemed correct to the best of their knowledge.
